How Do I Find Information and Products?
MrGroomsmenGifts.com has been designed to make browsing easy and convenient. There are three options to view our products:

If you feel that you still cannot find a particular product; if you feel that a product is in a section where it does not belong, or if you believe that we are missing a particular item, please contact our customer service department.

There are a few easy steps to buying an item and completing your order:

You have not committed to buying anything yet and your credit card will not be charged. You can change quantity, delete items and add products to your shopping cart at any time.

4. Confirm Your Order- You will be presented with a review of your order, billing and payment information. Please review the information and press "Confirm Order." Your order will be submitted for processing.
5. Order Receipt- You will be presented a receipt of your order. Please print this and keep it for your records. A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your registered email address.

Note: Until you have confirmed your order, you can always edit/add/remove the items in your shopping cart.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Most of the items are always in stock and are shipped within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I change, add, or cancel an order that has been submitted?
We are unable to change, cancel, or add to orders once they are processed and authorized by the credit card company. Some of our items come from third-party vendors and much of the process is automated, so there is little we can do once the order is submitted.

I gave the incorrect address. What can I do?
We can change the address, if item not shipped.Also if item is shipped via UPS and Fedex we can still change the address But WE CANNOT change the address if the item is shipped using USPS.

Do you offer a paper catalog?
Sorry, currently we don’t offer a paper catalog.

My package was not deliverd to me but it is showing as delivered when i check my tracking numbers. What is my next step?
Please call the concerned shipping carrier as soon as you can preferably with in 3 days and let them that although the package is being shown delivered, yet it was not delivered to you. File a complain with them. And them Please contact customer services by phone at 1-888-801-0814

Some products were not on my packing slip. Will they be coming separately?
Some of the items we offer are shipped from different locations than others. Any product listed on your packing slip will be in your shipment. If a product is not listed on your packing slip it will arrive in a separate package. Please let us know if a listed product on your packing slip is not enclosed.

How long do out of stock products take to get back in stock? Can I place a back order?
Products that are out of stock are typically available again within 3-5 weeks of selling out. We suggest checking back periodically on the site to find the product. At this time, we do not have a way to process back orders for products that are sold out.

Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately we donot accept payment by PayPal Secure Card. We do not accept the PayPal method that sends payment by email.

I am ordering from outside the U.S. Will I pay duties on my order?
Additional charges (sales tax and duties, for example) may apply on some orders to some countries. These charges are determined by the import and customs regulations of the destination country. Consequently, these charges will not be included in your total at checkout.Please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible to pay any dues applied on the item sent via international shipment.

How long will it take for my order to ship if I place it today?
Your Lighter is shipped with in 1 - 2 business days after you place the order. Once Shipped it takes 2 -4 business days for the lighter to be delivered.

How can I track status of my order? Has it been shipped yet?

I have recieved a tracking number for my package, but the tracking has not updated after it was shipped. What is going on?
Shipping carriers occasionally fails to scan the package upon arrival. The package is on its way. If you do not recieve it within 3-4 business days, however, then please let us know.

If I order an item today with express mail shipping, will I recieve it tomorrow?
Orders are usually processed the next business day. Thus, most likely, the order will be received in two business days from the time of order. But you can call us to ask us to ship the item same day, in this case you can receive the item next day.

Do ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the USA?
We are unable to ship outside of the USA. We appologize for the inconvinience.

How do I find a specific item online that I want to buy?
You can search for an item using the keyword search box located on almost every page of our store. Type a phrase such as lighters, brand, or item number, and then press your enter key or click the "Search" button located beside the search box. When you find an item that you want to purchase, click the image or name of the item to view its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability. If you would like to order the item, click "Add to Cart" and continue shopping.

What payment options are available?

I Received a damaged or defective item.
Please email us with your order number, name, address and details on the item you received damaged or defective. We will instruct you on how to proceed with correcting your order. If you would like a replacement sent to you and the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but will be credited for the return once we receive it in our fulfillment center. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund.

Was the discount/coupon applied to my order?
You can review the status and details of your current order by clicking Order Tracker. You will be able to review the order status, billing/shipping addresses, item detail, order total, payment information and any discounts applied to your order.

How do I use a coupon online?
Prior to using a coupon, please review the coupon restrictions: expiration date, value of the coupon, minimum purchase requirement, and any merchandise exclusions. During the check-out process at step 2, there will be an area to enter the Coupon Code. At this point, please enter your coupon code/offer number.
